How do I install preset files? – WAVS

Before importing presets, make sure the corresponding instrument or effect is installed. A preset file does not install the plug-in itself.

Importing Analog Lab Presets:

Open Analog Lab
Open the menu on the top left
Click 'Import' and then locate the downloaded preset

Importing RC-20 Presets:

Open the Menu button at the top right
Press 'Open user folder'
Copy & paste the desired presets into the user folder

Importing Effect Rack presets:

*Effect Rack presets can just be dragged & dropped into the plug-in too, but this would not automatically import them into the user folder. Keep reading on how to import them to the User folder:

Open the Effect Rack plug-in menu and navigate to the bottom where it says 'Organize' & press that.
The presets folder will now open. Copy & paste the desired presets into the User folder

Importing Portal presets:

Follow the Portal-specific installation instructions supplied with your preset pack. If the instructions do not identify the destination folder for your operating system and Portal version, contact support@wavs.com with the pack title before copying files.

After installation, open Portal’s preset browser and look for the preset.
