Unused credits roll over while your subscription remains active.
If your subscription is cancelled or terminated, unused credits are retained for 30 days after cancellation. An active subscription is required to use them. If you reactivate within that 30-day period, you can use your remaining unexpired credits.
After the 30-day grace period, all unused credits expire and are permanently removed. This applies to both subscription credits and credits purchased as top-ups. Expired credits are non-refundable, subject to any statutory rights under applicable law.
