Check that your card was actually charged. Sometimes a trial or subscription shows as active even if the payment failed.
If the charge went through, credits can take a couple minutes to show. If they’re still not there after 15 minutes, reach out to support@wavs.com.
In some cases, the payment processor temporarily holds a transaction. Those are usually refunded automatically within 10 business days.
