When do I need to clear a WAVS sample?

Clearance is required when: 

1. Your song is released by a major label or its successors/subsidiaries
2. Your song exceeds 1,000,000 cumulative streams across Spotify, Apple Music, or YouTube (and any similar DSPs)
3. Your song is licensed for synchronization or master use.
