Have the following information ready when clearing or requesting custom terms on a royalty-based sample: 

1. Your legal name
2. Your email
3. Song title
4. Performing artist(s)
5. Producer(s)
6. Releasing label (optional)
7. Link to the track (optional)
8. Duration (in seconds) of the sample’s use in your song.
